This equipment is a new embossing folding napkin paper equipment which was produced by our company, and is a big reformation for domestic napkin paper equipment.  The function, output and energy consumption of the equipment have bigger enhancing in comparison with old equipment.

1.Functions:

A. structure of equipment is compact and reasonable, operation is simple, automatic folding is tidy, automatic counting, operation is stable, speed is high, outward appearance of machine is artistic and in good taste.

B.Adjustment of clearance between folding rollers is convenient, quick and simple.

C. Wear of the former commutatin bevel gear is quick, and noise is big. When using this machine's gear commutatin box, it can reduce the replacement of parts and machine noise and extend the using life.

2.Output:

Compaired to the old folding machine can only produce about 500kg bobbin (400 pieces/minute) a day (20h), our new folding machine can produce about 1200kg bobbin (900 pieces/minute) a day (20h).

3.Energy consumption:

Old folding machine power is 3.6kw, however, our new folding machine power is 4.3kw.  Through tne comparison of output, new folding machine power reduces bigger energy consumption equipment.  High speed and low energy consumption double-layer napkin paper folding machine adopts frequency conversion control, pneumatic control, electronic test control, advanced technology, efficient working style, low energy consumption, tidy folding.  It reaches advanced level among the same kind machines.  The machine can be equipped with multi-set embossing and multi-color printing as divices.
